Leadership

Mike Conti, Managing Director

Michael Conti is the Managing Director with over 40 years of experience implementing business systems for complex mid-market manufacturers and job shops, achieving an exceptional track record of success. His expertise spans companies of all sizes, from single-site operations to multinational corporations. At the heart of his approach is delivering long-term, sustainable solutions that continue to benefit businesses far into the future. A pioneer in technology adoption, Michael is committed to staying ahead of industry trends.

Originally from Buffalo, New York, Michael earned his degree in Accounting from the University at Buffalo. In 1982, he moved to Dallas, Texas, where he began his career in system implementation and auditing for manufacturers while completing his MBA in Management Information Systems at the University of Dallas. This foundation allowed him to gain valuable insights into how manufacturers can transform their operations. Today, Michael leads teams that focus on selling and supporting Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Microsoft Finance & Supply Chain Management, and Acumatica.

Outside of work, Michael has been married to his wife, Sheree, for 40 years and is proud of their two adult children. A fun personal achievement includes converting his entire household—dogs included—into loyal Buffalo Bills fans, making for lively weekends. Michael is also an avid cyclist and enjoys spending his free time in Hawaii.

Mark Skinner, Director of Services

Mark Skinner is a Senior ERP developer and has been a cornerstone of the Clients First team since 2002, leveraging over 20 years of expertise in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations/AX and X++ development, along with 5+ years in Acumatica. His deep technical knowledge and strategic insights allow him to deliver tailored ERP solutions for Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), Job Costing, Production Modification, and Route Accounting.

Mark is a recognized expert in developing and solving complex business problems, focusing on manufacturing and shop floor operations. His innovative work includes creating proprietary tools for MRO and manufacturing industries, addressing critical needs like serialization, tracking, and project-based workflows.

Mark earned his BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin. Outside of work, he’s a multi-engine, instrument-rated pilot, a dedicated beekeeper, and an active community leader serving as President of the Gilmer ISD School Board, a member of the Gilmer Airport Advisory Board, and Chairman of the East Texas Yamboree School Parade.

Bob Turner, Sales Manager

Bob Turner is the Sales Manager for Clients First Business Solutions. For over 15 years Bob helped management teams develop leadership, communication, and customer service skills. For the past 10+ years, Bob has been aiding companies in identifying the best ERP software solution for their company’s needs.

Bob joined Clients First Business Solutions in 2016 to sell Acumatica, Microsoft F&O as well as Business Central. Bob’s friendly and disarming communication skills help draw out participation from all of his clients. The verticals that Bob is most comfortable with are Manufacturing, Job Shops, and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO). He has found that familiarity in specific verticals allows for a better understanding of prospective clients’ needs. Bob prides himself on the many long-term business relationships that he has developed over the years.

Max Hammond, Practice Manager, Integrations/ISVs

Max Hammond has been leading teams in enhancing business processes for the last 25 years. Max’s history in finance, operations, logistics, retail, and construction offers a wealth of experience from which valued clients can draw. Max currently serves as the Integration Practice Manager at Clients First Business Solutions leading our functional and technical teams as they work to optimize third party and custom applications within our clients’ Enterprise Resource Planning systems. His unwavering commitment to delivering value to clients is emboldened by his unconventional yet practical approach to solving the challenges they experience in a modern and ever-changing business climate. Max has a gift for listening to a client’s needs and desires, and then he formulates an approach for success. While integration efforts can be challenging and obscure, Max and the Integration Team bring a simple and clear solution to your integration and custom application needs.

Michael Barnes, Practice Manager, Acumatica

Michael Barnes is the Practice Manager for Acumatica. He leverages his extensive business expertise to help organizations enhance their workflow processes, achieve regulatory compliance, and meet their system goals.

With a keen focus on operational efficiency, Michael specializes in transforming organizations to operate at their highest potential. Before joining Clients First Business Solutions, Michael worked as a consultant specializing in ERP implementations and business development. He made significant strides in improving cash flow, resource allocation, infrastructure, quality training, and overall organizational effectiveness in the projects he managed.

Michael’s impressive career includes a notable 19-year tenure as the President of Peak Robotics Inc, where he focused on automation and bespoke engineering solutions for the Department of Defense and the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. His dedication to innovation and excellence has made a lasting impact in these sectors.

Ramona Morrison, Practice Manager, Dynamics 365

Ramona Morrison is the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Services Team Manager. She also serves as a Project Manager for both Business Central and Finance and Supply Chain Management projects. Ramona has 11+ years of Project Management and Consulting experience with Clients First and 12+ years of end-user experience with Dynamics ERP software.

Prior to joining Clients First Business Solutions, Ramona served as Vice President of Operations for a multi-location distribution company. She served in Operations Management, Executive Management, and Board of Directors roles for a multi-location retail and discrete manufacturing company.

With over 20 years of experience in distribution, discrete manufacturing, and retail, Ramona brings extensive knowledge of business processes across multiple industries.

Rhonda Dunn, Customer Success Manager

Rhonda Dunn is a dedicated Customer Success Manager with a passion for helping clients unlock the full potential of their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

With a background in project sales across various manufacturing industries, Rhonda brings a wealth of experience that enables her to truly understand the unique needs and challenges faced by her clients. Her approach goes beyond mere technical support; Rhonda is committed to forging long-lasting relationships built on trust and collaboration. She takes the time to listen to each client’s goals, ensuring that their specific objectives are met while acting as a vital liaison between them and her team.

Rhonda’s unwavering focus on customer satisfaction drives her to empower clients to maximize the value of their ERP investments, ultimately leading to greater success for their businesses. With Rhonda by their side, clients know they always have someone in their corner.

Vianey Marchese, Marketing Manager

Vianey Marchese serves as the Marketing Manager at Clients First Business Solutions, where she leads the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. With a focus on optimizing marketing channels, enhancing customer engagement, and managing cross-functional teams, Vianey ensures the seamless delivery of impactful campaigns.

With over 10 years of experience in the marketing industry, she has been instrumental in scaling marketing efforts and driving significant ROI through data-driven insights and innovative tactics. Her expertise spans digital marketing, content creation, market research, and team leadership—skills that enable her to create dynamic, results-oriented campaigns.

Vianey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of El Paso, Texas. Committed to staying at the forefront of marketing trends, she continually enhances her knowledge through ongoing education and active involvement in the industry.

Outside of work, Vianey is a proud mom of two energetic boys who keep her on her toes. She is an avid podcast listener, always eager to learn and stay informed on a variety of topics. A huge Marvel fan, she enjoys immersing herself in the superhero universe and its rich storytelling. Vianey approaches life with a creative mindset, always seeking innovative solutions to challenges.
